Subject: Discussed the approval of signing a one year contract with ProPath, Incorporated, to fulfill the One Stop Operator WIOA requirement
On June 30th 2017 at 9:00 AM, a quorum of the Executive Committee of the Foothill Workforce Development Board (FWDB) met to discuss the approval of signing a one year contract with ProPath, Incorporated. The approval and signature of the contract is due by July 1, 2017. The Emergency Meeting of the Executive Committee was necessary to avoid a work stoppage and a crippling activity to the overall performance of the Foothill Workforce Development Board. The motion to approve the signing of a one year contract with ProPath, Incorporated to fulfill the One Stop Operator WIOA requirement was made by FWDB Board Member, Dan Lien, and seconded by FWDB Board Member, Jennifer McLain. The motion was unanimously approved. This action will be ratified at the July 13, 2017 meeting of the full Board.
